Completing the car profile
Add photos with the guided camera, fill in mileage, set the plate number, and attach a Mojaz report to make the car's card complete.
A car added by istimara scan starts without photos, mileage, or defects. Everything can be added later in the editor — and some of it is required before you can value or sell the car.
Adding photos
Open the car in your Garage and edit its card to add photos at any time. Photos are what buyers judge first, so the more angles you cover, the better.
Guided camera
Karaji includes a guided camera built for car photography:
- It works in landscape only — every shot comes out horizontal.
- Translucent angle examples are shown over the viewfinder so each shot is framed consistently.
- Tap an example to enlarge the ghost overlay and see exactly how to line up the car.
- Photos are saved as JPEG up to 2000px.
Mileage
Enter the mileage in the car's data. It takes seconds — and it unlocks the AI valuation.
Completeness: what unlocks what
| You want to | You need |
|---|---|
| Get an AI valuation | Mileage filled in |
| Publish the car for sale | At least 15 photos |
The completeness sheet on the car's card shows your progress, e.g. "Photos: 3 of 15". Both rules are enforced by the server, so there is no way around them. More in Selling at a fixed price and Selling at auction.
Plate number
Adding a plate is optional. The styled KSA plate editor accepts up to 4 digits and up to 3 Latin letters; the Arabic side is generated automatically using the official KSA letter map — a proper conversion, not an RTL-mirrored copy of the Latin side.
The plate is a per-car attribute only: Karaji is not a plate marketplace.
Mojaz vehicle report
As the owner, you can attach a Mojaz report to your car. Buyers viewing the listing see a report card with a link to the PDF — or a "Seller not uploaded report" notice if you haven't added one. Attaching the report is a simple way to build buyer trust.
