Auto-service bookings

How to send a service request to service centers in your city, compare their offers, and track your order from booking to completion.

Need maintenance, detailing, or a hard-to-find part? Karaji lets you send one request to service centers in your city and compare their offers side by side — no ringing around. Here's how the whole flow works.

Service categories

Pick the category that matches what your car needs:

  • Vehicle service — maintenance and repairs.
  • Detailing — cleaning and cosmetic care.
  • Tuning & restoration — upgrades and bringing a car back to life.
  • Find parts — when you're hunting for a specific part.

Creating a request

A request takes a minute to fill in:

  1. Choose a preferred date and time — anywhere up to 90 days ahead.
  2. Pick your city.
  3. Describe the problem in your own words.
  4. Swipe "Send request" to send it off.

You need a signed-in account to book services — see Your account if you haven't registered yet.

How it works

Your request is broadcast to every matching service center in your city (you can also send it directly to a single service). Each center that's interested replies with its own offer: a proposed solution and a diagnostics price. You wait for the offers to come in, then choose.

Request states

A request moves through a simple lifecycle:

State Meaning
Open Sent, waiting for service centers to respond
Offers received One or more centers have replied
Booked You accepted an offer
Cancelled / Expired You cancelled it, or it timed out

Comparing offers

Each offer shows everything you need to make a decision:

  • the diagnostics price,
  • the center's message with its proposed solution,
  • the proposed time for the visit,
  • the service's rating and reviews from other Karaji users.

Take your time — compare prices and reputations before committing.

From offer to service order

Accepting an offer turns it into a service order with its own lifecycle:

  1. Scheduled — your visit is booked for the agreed time.
  2. Diagnostics done — the center has inspected the car.
  3. Completed — the work is finished.

Two other outcomes are possible: Cancelled (the order was called off) or No show (the car never arrived).

Receipt and rating

  • The order can carry a PDF receipt, so you keep a proper record of the work.
  • After the order is completed, you can rate the service. Your rating and review become visible to other users comparing offers — the same ratings you relied on when choosing.

Quick recap

  • Four categories: Vehicle service, Detailing, Tuning & restoration, Find parts.
  • One request goes to every matching service center in your city.
  • Compare offers by price, message, proposed time, and rating.
  • Accepted offer → order: Scheduled → Diagnostics done → Completed.
  • Grab your PDF receipt and leave a rating when it's done.
