How to create a Karaji account, what you can do as a guest, why each sign-up field is asked for, and how to reset your password.
What is Karaji?
Karaji is a car platform for Saudi Arabia that brings everything about your car into one app: a Market with auctions and fixed-price listings, a personal Garage for your vehicles, AI tools (market-price valuation, istimara scanning, damage grading), a booking network for auto services, and a community Logbook. The app is available in English, Arabic, and Russian.
Guest mode: what needs an account?
You can browse Karaji without signing up, but some actions require an account:

Creating an account
Registration uses email and password — no Nafath, Absher, or phone OTP is involved. The steps are:
- Enter your name (required).
- Enter your email.
- Enter your phone number (optional, with a +966 mask).
- Choose a password and confirm it.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email — you're then signed in automatically.
Why we ask for each field
- Email — it's your login, and it's where verification codes arrive: the 6-digit sign-up code and password-reset codes.
- Phone (+966, optional) — Karaji deals work on contact exchange: when you bid in an auction or open a deal ticket when buying, buyers and sellers receive each other's contact details so they can complete the deal directly. Service centers also use your contacts to follow up on booking requests. Without a phone number, the other party can only reach you by the contacts you do provide.
- Name — it's shown to the other party in deal tickets, so buyers and sellers know who they're talking to.
Resetting your password
Tap "Forgot password", enter your email, type the code you receive, then set a new password. The new password must be at least 6 characters and must differ from your current one.
Once you're signed in, a good first step is adding your car to the Garage.
